How to set up the board for the manager? You need to go to Settings - Debt Collection (Past Due Tracker) -> find the tab on the right called Kanban Fields Rules.

In this section, you will have access to parameters that can be displayed on the task card. For example - the client's name, overdue payment amount, task name, task color, and description.


Each parameter can change its position on the card for convenience and can be modified at any time.

To start working on a task, simply click on the card anywhere, and information about the deal will be displayed.

To record the result of working with the client, click the Perform button and go to the form to record the call results.
