This section is used for communicating with the client. The Client phone number field specifies where you should get the phone number to make a call.
In the Email – Settings section, you can access the email settings.
If your email service provider is Sendinblue, you need to request the API url and API key and add them in the corresponding fields to integrate this service into your CRM system.
In the Email – Templates section, you can configure email templates that the client receives upon registration, password recovery, etc. To create a template, click Create and then specify the message text.
In the SMS – Settings section, you can configure integration with a third-party provider for sending SMS. Request the required data from the provider and paste it into the corresponding fields of Fly or Twilio settings.
In the SMS – Template section, you can configure the templates for sending SMS.
